1970-1981 Camaro Front Subframe Package
FMF7082C
Your 2nd Generation Camaro suspension is a great design, but the stock front suspension can be a little wide for fat tires, especially when lowered. While you’re at it, how about a cleaner, better looking frame rail? All this is supplied by Fat Man's new subframe assembly for the ’70-’82 Camaro. The track width is 1” narrower per side. A drop of 2”-3” will be seen with the dropped spindles supplied. The upper control arms feature SPORTALIGN it solves the dilemma of having your car aligned for high speed stability on the Interstate versus the highly reactive settings for the Autocross. A few minutes
and a couple ¾” wrenches allows the camber to be moved 1 degree and the caster 2 degrees! A simple cam system drives the change and a lock plate
holds the setting and makes it repeatable as you move back and forth on your settings. This kit also allows for the use of factory disc brakes or any aftermarket brake kit for a stock Camaro.
