The CAD390 header fits 390/429 Cadillac engines in 1966 Coupe DeVille and other street rod and classic truck applications. Featuring a 3-tube design, the outer primary tubes are 1-5/8" diameter, while the center (or inner) tube is 1-7/8" diameter, and then exiting through a 2½" collector.
Includes all hardware necessary for installation.

Our Aluminized Ceramic Coating is available and RECOMMENDED on all Sanderson Headers. We apply a multi-layer inside and outside silver ceramic coating in-house to meet our high standards of quality, and polish the coated header to a high luster. This coating provides aerospace and military technology to your vehicle to control the heat in your engine bay, improve cylinder scavenging of exhaust gases, and increase the longevity of your header investment.
Copper Collector Gaskets are recommended for all Sanderson headers.
Sanderson Headers do not include collector bolts due to our customers' wide range of preference.

Notes on Collector Reducers:
We are finding that this header is fitting many more applications than what we have listed it for. The only issue we have found is that the various applications need different styles of reducers (or none at all). Typically this header set does not need a reducer, especially if you are running a 2.5" exhaust system. On some applications though there is not enough room to get around the bell housing (on one side only) unless you use an angle reducer. Additionally, if you are running smaller than 2.5" exhaust and you had enough room, you could then use a straight reducer. You can select which reducer option you want below to meet your needs. Let us know at time of order if you want straight reducers, angled reducers, one of each, or none at all to insure we get you exactly what you need...
