Applicants must be able to perform all needed steps in the body and refinishing processes on high end applications. Must have the ability to solve paint issues. Be self motivated in completing weekly task goals. Be able to track their time and supplies used per day. Must keep an orderly and clean work area. Be able to communicate and order supplies from vendors as needed and keep stock inventories at correct levels.
